Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and delivery of digital video and audio files to storefronts (iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, Disney+).
• Oversee multiple projects from client order to delivery, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.
• Understand client specifications and translate them into actionable plans.
• Build strong client relationships and provide world-class customer service.
• Monitor timelines and communicate status clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with billing to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Document processes and contribute to training materials.
• Utilize dashboards and metrics to track milestones and capacity planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and workflow efficiency.
