Job summary

Pixelogic Media in Burbank is seeking a Project Manager for Client Operations to drive delivery of digital video and audio to major storefronts. You will manage multiple projects, align with client specs, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure top-quality, on-time results.

The role requires exceptional organization, communication, and a passion for customer experience in a fast-paced media environment. On-site schedule is 4pm–1am with full-time salary compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Localization (subtitling, dubbing) and/or digital media and mastering experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation and delivery of video/audio files to storefronts (iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, Disney+).
• Oversee multiple projects from client order to on-time delivery with high quality.
• Understand client specifications and needs for each project.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide world-class service.
• Monitor timelines and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
