Job summary

Prime Video is seeking a Digital Supply Chain Manager to drive the launch of linear channels and manage end-to-end digital workflows. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to ensure timely content delivery and metadata quality across global markets.

A successful candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and able to navigate complex partner relationships while driving cross-functional initiatives that improve delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of large-scale automation and workflow management.
• 2+ years of Digital Supply Chain Management (end-to-end digital workflows, metadata integration, and channel launch operations).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, merchandising, operations, program teams, and external stakeholders to launch linear channels on Prime Video.
• Track progress against goals and metrics, escalating obstacles to leadership to achieve program objectives.
• Maintain reporting and dashboards for critical metrics, providing regular updates to management.
• Execute programs with guidance from senior team members, managing content delivery and publishing workflows.
• Identify operational roadblocks and build a backlog of tooling improvements.
• Build relationships with partner teams and digital provider representatives.
• Monitor metadata quality initiatives and systems to enhance customer experience.
• Participate in process improvement efforts to optimize cross-team processes and improve delivery.
• Partner with teams in India and Costa Rica to identify, standardize, and hand over tasks that drive efficiencies and scale operations.
