Powster is seeking an experienced Digital Production Manager to lead a LA-based team delivering showtime websites for major studios and distributors. You will oversee four team members, including project managers and content producers, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of digital project management, leadership experience, and a passion for high-quality digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital project management experience in cinema, entertainment, or e‑commerce sectors.
• Proven track record mentoring and developing project teams.
• Strong ability to optimize complex project workflows and measure efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to reports, comprising project managers and content producers.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and align projects with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Establish testing protocols and ensure QA across content, functionality, and UX.
• Collaborate with technical team to ensure real-time data integration on showtime websites.
