Responsibilities

• Shadow Client Delivery team members to understand key team deliverables.
• Help maintain process documentation with updates, and review existing processes to identify improvements.
• Assist in monitoring key data elements to support Client Delivery success.
• Triage incoming internal inquiries around Client Delivery processes, with support from the Client Delivery Manager.
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
