Job summary

Tenstreet, a Tulsa-based SaaS provider for the transportation industry, seeks a Client Operations Services Coordinator to support clients within our software and external systems. You will manage help requests, maintain records, and handle DOT and client-specific compliance tasks while delivering high-quality service.

You will excel in a fast-paced environment, using Excel and MS Office 365 to analyze data, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office 365.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to different platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction to clients.
• Handle client support requests and questions via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot client issues within Tenstreet’s proprietary software.
• Perform new client vetting and online research.
• Conduct analytical work, auditing, and research related to data and records.
• Collaborate with team members on internal and client projects.
• Prioritize and monitor workload across service areas to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems and follow procedures.
