The Client Operations Specialist – Manager is responsible for coaching, managing, and developing a team of approximately 10 Client Operations Specialists. This team primarily supports a field sales organization with quoting, strategic pricing, order placement, client service, and issue resolution. The team aims to support gross margin objectives by enabling account managers to focus more on sales and ensuring a smooth buying process for clients.
This position can be hired remotely anywhere in the U.S. The role reports to the regional director and involves managing 8-10 direct reports.
