Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Newark, Delaware is seeking a Client Operations Associate I within AM Global Fee Middle Office Operations to enhance the client onboarding experience and support multiple products and platforms.

You will address client inquiries, build fee structures, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with service managers, product specialists, and legal, and drive automation and process improvements to deliver value while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• 2+ years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Experience leveraging automation to improve operations.
• Ability to apply strategic planning to client operations.
• Experience implementing processes to detect and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and provide ongoing operational support.
• Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and build fee structures.
• Review client fee agreements and interpret terms to build structures.
• Collaborate with Service Managers, Product Specialists, and Legal to resolve challenges.
• Leverage automation and data-driven insights to improve efficiency.
• Monitor onboarding dashboards and ensure timely calculations.
• Implement controls to protect financial and reputational interests.
