Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring an Client Operations Associate I in AM Global Fee Middle Office Operations. You will manage end-to-end client onboarding, support multiple products and platforms, address inquiries, and build fee structures with accuracy.

You will collaborate with Client Service Managers, Product Specialists, and Legal Contract Specialists to resolve operational challenges, drive improvements, and protect client interests while leveraging automation and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, or related work.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and ongoing operational support across products and platforms.
• Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and build client fee structures.
• Review client fee agreements and interpret terms to build accurate structures.
• Collaborate with Service Managers, Product Specialists, and Legal to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Leverage automation and data insights to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
