Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5-7 years of total work experience is preferred.
• Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Reviews day-to-day money movement activity to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Verifies payment and disbursement instructions for completeness and accuracy.
• Applies risk management principles to identify discrepancies and prevent errors.
• Monitors workflows and resolves exceptions related to money movement activity.
• Provides complex analytics and reporting to support process improvement.
• Participates in product development, enhancements, and system testing.
• Guides and supports lower-level client processing roles.
