Dakota is a remote-first stablecoin infrastructure platform enabling regulated money movement and cross-border settlement for institutional clients. The team is distributed across North America and Europe and values high-quality work, clear thinking, and ownership.

We are seeking a proactive client operations specialist to own the support queue, investigate payment issues, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in payment operations or client support in fintech, BaaS, neobank, or payments company.
• Working knowledge of wires, ACH, and SWIFT; comfortable reading API responses and transaction logs.
• Clear, calm writing with a bias toward root-cause fixes, not just ticket closure.

Responsibilities

• Own the client support queue, triaging and resolving inbound questions from API and business banking clients.
• Investigate payment exceptions across wires, ACH, SWIFT, and stablecoin rails, including traces, returns, and recalls.
• Write bug reports, maintain runbooks, and spot recurring issues to push for elimination.

• Be the first line for client questions: tracing payments, resolving exceptions, and ensuring fast, accurate responses.
• Work directly with operations leadership, engineering, and compliance teams to fix root causes.

What You'll Do:

• Own the client support queue, triaging and resolving inbound questions from API and business banking clients.

• Working knowledge of wires, ACH, and SWIFT, plus comfort reading API responses and transaction logs.
• Clear, calm writing and an instinct to fix root causes, not just close tickets.
