We are seeking a technically adept, customer-facing teammate to own payment investigations, trace payments end-to-end, and build runbooks that reduce manual effort in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role at a fintech or payments company.
• Solid understanding of payments and comfort with JSON, SQL, and Python.
• Methodical investigation skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities
