Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to support Client Directors in protecting and growing Gross Profit Margin and customer satisfaction. You will maintain strong pre/post-sales contact with assigned accounts to nurture long-term relationships.

Must be in MST/PST and ready to manage quotes, pricing, and proposals while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely solutions. This role calls for strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of Sales Support preferred in Technology.
• Ability to analyze client needs and link them to offerings.
• Independent self-starter with strong communication skills.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced sales environments.
• Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage transaction lifecycle from quote to cash with internal support.
• Review, manage, and forecast pipeline with Client Directors; schedule meetings.
• Address questions/issues with customers; coordinate resolutions with support teams.
• Prepare customer pricing and proposals per account director specifications.
• Develop vendor relationships to improve communication, discounts and pricing.
• Accept orders; verify documents before booking.
• Coordinate monthly meetings with accounts receivable to review aging invoices.
• Maintain Client Profiles and past quotes to inform current quotes.
• Provide value-add services (SLA, PPT, presentations, order history) per client structure.
