Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Commercial Operations Lead to drive the delivery and quality of Managed Services commercial work. You will coordinate SOWs, PCRs, amendments, and related materials, while aligning inputs from Sales, Legal, Finance, and Delivery to ensure accurate, review-ready outputs.

The role emphasizes process rigor, documentation integrity, and efficient handoffs, with a focus on scalable, repeatable workflows across the MS organization in the USA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in managed services and/or cloud commercial operations or a related field.
• Experience coordinating work across Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Delivery, or comparable functions.
• Demonstrated ability to improve commercial document quality, intake workflows, and operational controls.

Responsibilities

• SOW, PCR, and Commercial Document Quality: ensure complete, consistent, and review-ready materials.
• Commercial Intake, Coordination, and Handoffs: manage intake and track status, inputs, owners, deadlines.
• Commercial Changes and Record Integrity: maintain controlled versions and change-history across documents.
• Managed Services Commercial Interface: serve as day-to-day operations contact between MS and adjacent functions.
• Standard Work and Continuous Improvement: create templates, checklists, and streamlined workflows.
• Reporting and Operational Insight: provide visibility into request status, aging, and next actions.
