Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Japanese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with event logistics and coordination.
• Experience with customer service or onboarding of online memberships is desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth client communication, contracts, and inquiries.
• Manage end-to-end contract processes, approvals, and signatures.
• Prepare invoices, quotations, and contracts; process payments.
• Support monthly sales reconciliation and finance coordination.
• Assist onboarding of new clients and maintain records.
• Coordinate travel and office logistics for the team.
• Create reports and provide data-driven insights using Excel.
• Plan and support events and webinars in the US and Japan.
