Job summary

PMG, a global independent platform company, is seeking a Lead in Customer Operations to coordinate cross-functional client work and scale AI-enabled workflows. You will drive detailed project plans, align timelines, and maintain effective client communication across Strategy, Media, and Creative teams.

You will oversee monthly billing processes, document decisions, and push for process improvements that reduce manual effort and improve outcomes for clients and PMG.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience independently managing complex projects, timelines, scopes, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with detailed plans, risk anticipation, priorities, and deadline accountability.
• Experience coordinating with clients and acting as a reliable point of contact for updates and timelines.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams (Strategy, Media, Creative) to keep work moving forward.
• Excellent written and verbal documentation, tracking decisions and action items.
• Experience supporting financial or billing workflows across multiple inputs or media channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across client teams, ensuring alignment with plans.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, identify dependencies, monitor progress, and adjust to mitigate risks.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, delivering timely updates and clear communications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely inputs, approvals, and feedback loops.
• Prepare teams for meetings with clear agendas, inputs, owners, and follow-up actions.
• Track decisions and actions after meetings, ensuring deadlines are clear and commitments are met.
• Oversee monthly billing processes across media channels, ensuring inputs and billing data are accurate.
• Act as a central coordination point for client presentations and content organization.
• Identify risks, gaps, and roadblocks early and coordinate solutions with stakeholders.
• Document timelines, responsibilities, decisions, and next steps for visibility.
• Operationalize AI and automation pilots by standardizing workflows and leading small rollouts.
• Bridge experimentation and implementation, documenting tools and ensuring adoption.
• Use AI and technology to improve efficiency and enable faster, data-driven decisions.
