Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking an organized client account coordinator to support the biotechnology programs. You will build and maintain project databases, compile activity reports, and assist onboarding for new hires.

You will liaise with program training and other functions to ensure everything is prepared for induction. This role requires HIPAA privacy awareness, strong multitasking, and proactive problem-solving, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
• 3+ years in an administrative role with client interaction
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with client focus
• Process excellence and proactive problem-solving
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases
• Willing to travel up to 25%
• The base pay range is $36K–$66K per year

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain all project-related databases and rosters
• Assist in creating and maintaining project-specific activity reports
• Liaise with the Program Training Manager for onboarding planning
• Assist in onboarding new hires including IT equipment and rosters
• Attend live client meetings and other commitments as appropriate
• Support the programs compliance function with administrative help
• Complete required admin tasks on time and update systems
• Follow company and client policies and training requirements
• HIPAA privacy compliance awareness
• Function autonomously to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Return and maintain company equipment per instructions
