Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Client Account Coordinator to provide high-level operational support to all program employees working with a top biotechnology client. You will maintain project databases, generate activity reports, and assist onboarding and scheduling while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data privacy.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in administrative roles with client interaction, strong organization, and Microsoft Office/database skills.

• 3+ years in an administrative role with client interaction.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent multitasking with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with client delivery focus.
• Problem solving with proactive mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain all project databases and rosters, including team checklists.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project activity reports (weekly, monthly, yearly).
• Liaise with Program Training Manager for onboarding planning and scheduling new hires.
• Support onboarding process for new hires (IT equipment, rosters, cross-functional prep).
• Attend live client meetings, operational meetings, conferences, and other commitments.
• Provide administration support to the program's compliance function.
