Job summary

Logicbroker, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Commerce Operator who will be embedded inside strategic enterprise retailers and brands to run dropship, marketplace, or wholesale operations end to end.

You will be accountable for the client’s commerce operations metrics while representing Logicbroker’s platform and best practices to the client and their trading communities. You will document workflows through on-site discovery, manage cross-functional stakeholder interactions, and ensure KPIs

Responsibilities

• Operate as embedded extension of client Commerce Operations teams, running programs end to end.
• Conduct on-site discovery and document workflows to enable full program operation.
• Serve as primary operational contact for retailer stakeholders and vendor communities, in person and daily.
• Deliver program KPIs on client behalf (e.g., onboarding velocity, time-to-site, GMV improvement).
• Lead onboarding, training, and enablement as the face of the client’s program to suppliers.

Job Summary

As a Forward Deployed Commerce Operator, you will be embedded inside of strategic enterprise retailers and brands operating their dropship, marketplace, or wholesale program operations end to end. You will be accountable for the work and key measures of our client’s commerce operations teams while representing Logicbroker’s platform, tools, and best practices for the client and their connected trading communities.

What You'll Do:

• Operate as the embedded extension of enterprise retailers and brands Commerce Operations team running commerce programs on their behalf
• Full on-site discovery and execution for the length of time required to document workflows and become fully capable of operating the program
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the retailer’s internal stakeholders (merchandising, supply chain, IT) and for their vendor/supplier community, in person and day to day.
• Deliver on agreed upon program level KPIs on the client’s behalf (ex. supplier onboarding velocity, time to site metrics, gross merchandise value improvement)
• Lead onboarding, training, and enablement acting as the face of the client’s program to their supplier base
• Proactively identify operational risk before it becomes a client escalation, and drive resolution directly with vendors and internal Logicbroker teams
• Translate the “on the ground” operational reality into feedback for Product, Engineering, other internal teams
• Troubleshoot the Logicbroker platform when issues arise
• Build trusted relationships with client’s eCommerce and merchandising teams.

What We Need:

• 3+ years in eCommerce operations or platform support, ideally within dropship, marketplace, or supply chain operations capacity.
• Responsible self-starter comfortable operating with significant autonomy while embedded inside a client’s organization
• Excellent communication skills and experience running cross-functional meetings with a variety of stakeholders
• Working knowledge of EDI systems and documents, eCommerce platforms, and commerce workflows
• Demonstrated use of LLM’s (ex. Claude, ChatGPT) in current ways of working
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Comfort operating with incomplete information and turning it into complete information
• Excellent organizational skills
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
