Job summary

TRG is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily workflows for our large clients, collaborating with Customer Program Management and Operations.

You will perform data entry from customer systems, ensure orders are correctly processed, and respond to calls and emails. This role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork across departments.

Training and SOP development will be part of ensuring smooth account handling and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating with client teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage daily order tasks and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manually enter data from Customer System into TRG’s System.
• Verify that all daily orders are entered, charged, and completed correctly.
• Answer incoming customer calls and emails.
• Create and update customer information to reflect updates to master list.
• Investigate incoming shipments that do not have assigned information and create tickets to complete.
• Manually enter components that need to be deactivated.
• System maintenance, analysis and corrections.
• Assist the warehouse team with corrections; ex: SKU update.
• Track inventory based on stock and obsolete equipment.
• Help create SOPs for processes associated with customer account.
