Imagine Group is seeking a Client Program Specialist to support client program operations, order entry, and cross-functional coordination. The role emphasizes accurate orders, timely communication, and data documentation to ensure quality outcomes and a positive client experience.

Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating with production, design, sales, and logistics, and generating reports for clients and management. A client-focused mindset and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related customer service or order processing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• Experience with order management, client portals, e-commerce, ticketing, or reporting systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process, enter, upload, and review customer orders from portals, email, phone for accuracy.
• Support daily client program workflows including reporting and billing documentation.
• Follow up on orders, shipments, delays to support timely fulfillment.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams in a timely, service-focused manner.
• Maintain data for MODs, PODs, and client activity.
• Coordinate jobs and timelines with production, design, sales, logistics, and billing.
• Generate reports for customers, management, and internal stakeholders.
• Create SOPs, client instructions, and job records.
• Maintain organized workspace and occasional overtime.
