Qualifications

• Experience with wire processing or cash movements in financial services, banking, or brokerage is required.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and compliance focus.
• Ability to work well in teams and independently.
• Non-exempt position with potential for hybrid schedule after training.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing client money and asset movements (wire transfers, ACH, EFT, internal transfers).
• Verify and confirm transfer instructions from advisor teams.
• Ensure transactions are authorized, documented, and compliant before execution.
• Track transfers through completion and confirm settlement.
• Monitor custodian alerts and address pending or rejected transactions.
• Research and resolve issues with custodians and internal teams.
• Provide timely status updates on transfer activity and cash availability.
• Maintain records and documentation in internal systems.
• Serve as SME on cash movement procedures and requirements.
• Assist audits, compliance testing, and internal reviews.
• Escalate discrepancies or suspicious activity with Compliance.
• Prepare and process electronic authorizations.
• Support additional operational projects as needed.
