Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team, cultivating client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions and respond to account questions.
• Assist with profile entry, documentation, and enrollment in digital tools.
• Support meetings with materials prepared from firm-approved systems.
• Handle calendar coordination, travel, and expense reporting as directed.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and participate in firm initiatives.
