Job summary

RCN Capital is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary technical contact for new Correspondent Lender partners during onboarding. You will guide clients through system setup, provide live product training, and ensure successful adoption of RCN Capital’s technology platforms.

You will collaborate with Technical Support, Partnership Management, and Technology & Development teams to resolve issues, communicate enhancements, and drive a best-in-class client experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical users.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding timelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
• Experience in a professional, client-focused role involving phone work or cold calling.
• Experience in business development, sales, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the tech application point of contact for new CL clients throughout onboarding lifecycle.
• Schedule and conduct live product training sessions and guide clients through setup and adoption.
• Assist in account creation and onboarding of new CL into the system.
• Maintain detailed onboarding records using CRM tools.
• Gather client feedback to inform product improvements and resources.
