Job summary

RCN Capital, LLC. is seeking a CL Onboarding Specialist to expand and strengthen our network of Correspondent Lender partners. You will identify, recruit, and onboard new CLs, guiding them through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.

You will use Salesforce, Forecasa, and LinkedIn to drive brand visibility, build industry connections, and manage the full administrative lifecycle of onboarding, including due diligence, demos, trainings, and data maintenance.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Affinity for cold calling and qualifying leads via phone.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Target and recruit new Correspondent Lenders across multiple lead sources.
• Coordinate with team to schedule calls, follow-ups, and campaigns.
• Flag and issue Cease and Desist actions for problematic CLs.
• Leverage LinkedIn, podcasting, and video content to enhance brand reach.
• Maintain Forecasa and mine for Emerging Lenders and gather contact information.
• Maintain Salesforce and update CL progress through onboarding stages.
• Input data, complete registration docs, and send welcome letters.
• Schedule demos and trainings and manage onboarding communications.
