SwitchThink Solutions is seeking a Client Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding and delivery for Keystone Hosting and Enterprise Cloud. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project plans, and serve as the technical liaison between clients, IT teams, vendors, and internal departments.

The role requires 2+ years of IT project coordination, strong communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work in Phoenix, AZ is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or Project Management preferred, equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 2+ years experience coordinating IT related projects or project management experience required.
• 1+ years of experience managing technical client implementations or software delivery projects required.
• 1+ years experience in the Credit Union, banking, or financial technology sector required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment required.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems including virtualization, OS, networking, storage, messaging tools, and disaster recovery required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive resolution without constant oversight required.
• Experience with PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) preferred.
• Experience using ticketing systems and PM tools preferred.
• Change management skills to help clients and teams adapt during transitions preferred.
• Data analysis skills to track project metrics and identify improvements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding and delivery management for Keystone Hosting and Enterprise Cloud.
• Plan, manage, and track implementation projects including client conversions and vendor connections.
• Act as a technical liaison to resolve issues and communicate requirements clearly.
• Lead cross-functional teams (5–10 members) across IT, architecture, engineering, operations, and vendors.
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, risks, and action items; lead meetings and distribute agendas.
