Job summary

HYFIN is seeking a Client Services Representative to onboard new clients to our payment platform(s) and ensure their success with the product. You will learn and document product offerings, configurations, and common solutions to keep the client experience positive.

You will train new clients, help diagnose issues, and respond to requests, tracking progress and outcomes. You will collaborate closely with a fast-moving development and sales team to ensure product robustness and client
