Job summary

Hyfin is seeking a Client Services Representative to support onboarding and ongoing success of clients on our payment platform(s). You will learn the product offerings, document issues, and help train clients to use the software, collaborating with a fast-moving development and sales team to ensure robustness and client satisfaction.

Hyfin is looking to add a Client Services Representative as we are experiencing high growth. Candidates must have an entrepreneurial mind-set, enjoy helping clients, know how to build lasting relationships, and be able to handle multiple client accounts while continuing to grow the business.

As a Client Services Representative, you will help the team onboard new clients on to our payment platform(s) and ensure their success with the product. You will learn and become familiar with the product offerings and configurations. As new clients are onboarded on our platform(s), you will assist in training and help document and solve issues that could occur to ensure a positive experience for each customer. You will collaborate closely with a quickly adapting development and sales team to ensure the product’s robustness and client satisfaction.
