Client Onboarding Specialist (West Coast) - (Remote - US)

We are currently looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist (West Coast) in the United States.

We seek a highly motivated Client Onboarding Specialist to lead new client implementations and ensure a smooth transition onto our platform. The role involves working directly with clients to deliver tailored onboarding experiences, providing expert guidance, product training, and support. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, technically savvy, and excels in both independent work and cross-functional collaboration. Accountabilities:
  1. Guide new clients through onboarding, including training on platform features and hardware setup
  2. Deliver clear, personalized instruction to ensure users understand and gain value from the platform
  3. Troubleshoot issues and provide hands-on support to resolve technical challenges during implementation
  4. Maintain accurate records of client onboarding status and ensure smooth handoff to long-term client success teams
  5. Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to improve processes and client experience
  6. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, setting them up for success from day one
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as onboarding, customer success, or technical support
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in remote/virtual settings
  • Ability to explain complex technology in a user-friendly way
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding projects
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Trello, and onboarding platforms (Vitally a plus)
  • Experience in the Proptech or multifamily housing industry is a plus
  • Proactive, personable, and solution-oriented mindset
