Job summary

Loomis Sayles is seeking a Client Intake Specialist in Boston to deliver end-to-end onboarding, communicating effectively with clients and internal partners. You will coordinate with Sales, Relationship Management, Compliance and Operations to ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks and AML/KYC reviews.

The role emphasizes white-glove client service, cross-functional collaboration, and accurate data management, with a hybrid work arrangement and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Series 7 License – REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS.
• At least five years of financial industry experience preferred.
• Experience with AML/KYC onboarding for new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove, end-to-end onboarding service to new clients.
• Serve as a liaison across Sales, Relationship Management, Compliance, Operations and Investment Teams.
• Maintain accurate onboarding information across internal systems and timelines.
• Review AML/KYC requirements and coordinate related documentation.
• Assist with AML due diligence and data requests from brokers and custodians.
• Support LEI updates and system data uploads as needed.
