In this full-time role, you will coordinate internal teams, manage critical assets like payroll data, mitigate risks, and serve as the main client contact to drive on-time delivery and a first payroll experience with Salesforce documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SaaS project management experience in HCM or payroll.
• Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and workforce management operations.
• A current PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding journey from discovery sessions to implementation plans.
• Coordinate internal teams and manage payroll data assets.
• Mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and act as the main client contact.
• Conduct thorough QA before launch to ensure accuracy and Salesforce documentation.

THE TYPE OF CLIENT ONBOARDING PROJECT MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS project management, specifically within HCM or payroll
