Insperity, a leader in scalable HR solutions, is seeking a Payroll Onboarding Specialist in Houston to support midmarket project managers and coordinate seamless client transitions to payroll. You will collect employee data, enroll clients online, and help ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• Three to five years of experience are required.
• Knowledge of PEO or HRO a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports MidMarket Project Managers in the on-boarding of new clients.
• Collects and prepares the new client employee data for online enrollment.
• Transitions MidMarket acquisition/merger clients approximately 50% of the time.
• Coordinates and monitors the implementation process to ensure flawless transition to first payroll.
• Serves as a liaison between client decision makers, payroll and service operations.
