Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead accurate and timely payroll implementations for new accounts. You will onboard clients, balance payroll data, and ensure proper distribution of payroll reports while supporting stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 4-6 years in payroll, relevant certifications, and a focus on compliance and client satisfaction across multiple states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4-6 years’ payroll or relevant experience.
• FPC or CPP Certification or completion of FLSA PayTrain module (85%).

Responsibilities

• Onboards new assigned clients across multiple states/localities to payroll and related services.
• Execute client relationship strategy to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.
• Review payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
• Input and balance payroll data accurately.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Process payroll and review/payroll reports for client distribution.
