Job summary

Acrisure in Ohio is seeking a client services associate to drive client engagement as the single point of contact from post-sale through initial payroll processing. You will develop strong client relationships and become an expert in the Auris Payroll System to support new basic clients.

You will navigate technical aspects, assist with self-service options, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in technology, a customer-facing role or sales.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio with prioritization and multitasking.
• Strong client-centric mentality with empathy and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive client engagement as the single point of contact post-sale through payroll processing.
• Develop strong client relationships with care, quality, and focus.
• Support new basic clients and ensure accurate payroll setup and processing.
• Assist clients to navigate technical aspects and self-service options.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external partners to ensure client retention.
