Job summary

You will liaise with clients and internal teams to shorten time-to-market, ensure regulatory reviews, and maintain end-to-end process data with a focus on risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in client onboarding or middle office is preferred.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Spoken and written foreign language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of duties from account opening to maintenance with client interface.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to minimize time to market and promote transparency.
• Identify opportunities to centralize and optimize processes for client satisfaction.
• Support timely execution of client requests and maintain documentation.
• Compile client profiles from internal and external sources.
• Coordinate regulatory reviews with internal teams.
• Ensure client review materials are complete.
• Provide guidance on account opening, tax and local market documents.
• Participate in initiatives to improve onboarding processes.
• Maintain data on end-to-end processes and turnaround times.
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws, rules and Citigroup policy.
