Job summary

You will collaborate with sales, KYC, and product partners, maintain high service levels, manage complex issues, and escalate risk as needed. The role requires 5–8 years in financial services and FINRA licenses; Citi offers comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in financial services, with wealth management preferred.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) required or to be obtained within 150 days.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients by monitoring, assessing, and analyzing processes and data to identify policy gaps and data inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with sales, KYC, account opening, and product teams to fulfill client requests with high service levels.
• Ensure all onboarding documentation is current, accurate, and promptly fulfilled.
• Support clients navigating KYC/onboarding while handling moderately complex issues with impact.
• Share expertise to influence decisions and support team training and development.
• Assess and escalate risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance and reporting of control issues.
