Job summary

Citigroup in Washington, DC is seeking a seasoned professional responsible for applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge to improve onboarding, KYC, and account opening processes within the Private Client Coverage group. You will collaborate with sales teams and internal partners to deliver a seamless client experience, assess risk, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting private bankers.

This full-time role requires 5–8 years of wealth management or financial services experience and

Qualifications

Experience: 5-8 years in wealth management or financial services.
Covers onboarding, KYC, and account opening processes.
FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 or 63/65 (to be obtained within 150 days).

Responsibilities

Applies specialized onboarding knowledge to monitor, assess, and improve processes and data.
Partners with sales and internal teams to fulfill client requests with high service levels.
Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and complete in a timely manner.
Support clients navigating KYC/onboarding and account opening, handling moderately complex issues.
Demonstrate subject matter expertise, influence decisions, and train peers.
Assess and escalate risk, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and report control issues.
