Job summary

The ideal candidate must have 5-8 years of experience in financial services and strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Certifications such as FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 are required within 150 days.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Requires FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) certifications within 150 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete monitoring, assessment, and analysis of processes and data.
• Partner with sales teams to fulfill client requests.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and current.
• Support clients navigating KYC/onboarding processes.
• Assess and escalate risk in business decisions.
