Qualifications

• Client facing, middle office or operations experience.
• Knowledge of capital market products.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Foreign language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle account opening and maintenance with extensive client interface.
• Ensure smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to minimize time to market.
• Identify opportunities to centralize and optimize processes for client satisfaction.
• Support client and internal requests with timely, accurate documentation.
• Compile client profiles and provide status updates on onboarding actions.
• Partner with internal teams on regulatory reviews for clients.
• Ensure client review materials are in place and complete.
• Guide others as SME in account opening, tax and local market documentation.
