Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Client Onboarding Manager to own the onboarding lifecycle for institutional clients in North America. You will collaborate with sales, legal, operations, KYC, and billing to drive successful onboarding events and strong client outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in investment management with institutional clients, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the investment management industry working directly with institutional clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong communication and project leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the pipeline of client onboarding events and ensure a positive client experience.
• Work directly with clients, consultants, OCIO providers and external stakeholders to guide each deal through the lifecycle.
• Cultivate positive relationships with internal partners including Relationship Managers, Legal, Operations and Billing to achieve onboarding outcomes.
• Maintain vigilant awareness of business risk and own issues as they arise.
