Job summary

State Street Corporation’s Investment Management division in Boston is seeking a senior leader to shape growth for the U.S. Institutional business. You will partner with the Head of U.S.

Institutional and cross-functional teams to define strategic priorities and drive execution across client management, governance, and commercial initiatives. You will lead initiatives to strengthen client engagement, retention, and operating models, while overseeing governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in asset management or institutional investment.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across sales, product, marketing, operations, legal, compliance, and client service.
• Strong governance, client segmentation, and distribution models knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic priorities across the U.S. Institutional business.
• Lead collaboration across Distribution, Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Client Coverage teams.
• Oversee business planning, growth opportunities, and resource allocation.
• Drive adoption of innovative tools including AI-enabled solutions to enhance sales, client engagement, and management practices.
• Lead client retention strategies and account planning.
• Coordinate governance, risk management, and operating model excellence.
• Support talent development and organizational effectiveness.
