Job summary

Bank of America in New York seeks a client-facing professional to coordinate sales and onboarding activities for medium-sized institutional accounts. You will support relations with sales, portfolio managers, and product specialists while promoting investment product sales and ensuring timely onboarding.

You will manage end-to-end onboarding, meet SLA goals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality service to Global Markets clients.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of client-facing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
  • Experience within a client service team with focus on Trade Management or Client Integration.
  • Knowledge of Operational Risk, AML/KYC Policy and Procedures, and Trade Lifecycle Management.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with sales, portfolio managers, product specialists, and client service members to coordinate all sales and support activities for assigned accounts, such as settlements, reconciliations, and account maintenance.
  • Promotes investment product sales through client meetings and discussions covering investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments.
  • Deepens and enhances existing relationships with institutional clients during client meetings and interactions.
  • Coordinates on internal processes and documents to deliver a quality and on time product to Global Markets clients.
  • Ownership and management of client onboarding experience E2E.
  • Timely review of all active onboarding cases and escalation of SLA breaches; aim to meet go-live dates.
  • Liaising with other internal departments to ensure go-live date met.
  • Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives.
  • Management of KPI data to ensure onboarding portfolio is balanced and achievable.
