Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in project/account management with client interaction.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience across end-to-end onboarding.
• Lead implementation meetings and coordinate deliverables.
• Present implementation plans to clients and partners.
• Ensure timely and accurate implementations with matrix partners.
• Travel 10–20% domestically; travel requires full vaccination.
