Job summary

Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) seeks a client services lead to manage the life cycle of separate account client events. You will coordinate with Portfolio Management, Sales, Operations and other partners to plan, execute and close events while maintaining exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand and monitor pipeline of client events with GSAM clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and lead internal discussions; manage expectations and deliver exceptional client experience.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and milestones based on client requirements and SLAs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Portfolio Management and Operations to ensure smooth account events from start to finish.
