Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience, with a preference for wealth management or financial services roles.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certifications: FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or 63 & 65) or must be obtained within 150 days.

Responsibilities

• Applies specialized knowledge related to onboarding to monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data, including identifying policy gaps and data inconsistencies.
• Partners with sales teams and liaises with KYC, Account Opening, and product partners to fulfill client requests with high service levels.
• Ensure all documentation is current, accurate, and complete, fulfilling requests promptly.
• Supports clients navigating the KYC/onboarding and account opening processes while evaluating moderately complex issues with substantial impact.
• Demonstrates subject matter expertise and can influence decisions through counseling and facilitation to support team performance.
• Assesses and escalates risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and reporting control issues.
