Hyve Solutions seeks a Customer-Facing Project Manager to lead onboarding through delivery for enterprise clients. You will serve as the primary liaison, ensuring a seamless experience and coordinating across Sales, Engineering, IT, and Operations.

This role demands strong communication, proactive risk management, and executive stakeholder collaboration. The position is full-time with a 3-days-in-office/2-days-remote hybrid schedule, offering growth in a fast-paced tech manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in customer-facing environments (tech, manufacturing, or operations).
• Experience managing executive stakeholders and customer relationships.
• Experience with onboarding, implementation, or integration projects.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience from onboarding through delivery and stabilization.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Sales, Engineering, IT, and Operations.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Lead governance discussions, risk management, and decision-making.
