Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a leading US-based manufacturing partner, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional development across L10 and L11 rack-level solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will own program schedules, drive end-to-end plans, and coordinate global teams to ensure milestones are met.

With 8+ years in server/data center projects, you will shape risk management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional execution, delivering hardware, software, and rack-level

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience in the server, data center, or IT industry.
• Strong PM and cross-functional skills to manage multiple priorities and execute complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering development across multiple disciplines, including L10 systems and L11 rack-level solutions.
• Own and drive overall program schedule planning, execution, and milestone management.
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans with risk assessment, issue resolution, change management, and mitigating planning.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver integrated hardware, software, and rack-level product solutions from NPI through mass production.
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer milestones and key program deliverables.
• Coordinate and lead regular internal and customer-facing meetings to communicate program status and align objectives.
• Serve as the primary contact for program execution across global teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of program management experience in the server, data center, or IT industry.
• Server background is a plus
• Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute complex, detail-oriented projects effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

$130,000-$170,000 annually.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
