Responsibilities

• Support account and client creation across investment, accounting, and performance platforms.
• Validate quality and accuracy of client and account data in a data-driven environment.
• Develop understanding of downstream data usage to support accurate execution.
• Assist with data analysis, issue identification, and resolution with internal partners.
• Collaborate with Global Custodians, Fund Accountants, and service providers to resolve issues.
• Work with operations and tech teams to improve processes and automate workflows.
• Support enhancements to the client onboarding experience across technology and operations.
• Assist governance, controls, and documentation for data integrity and risk management.
• Organize work, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Participate in knowledge sharing, process documentation, and training.
