Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an Associate Consultant on the Client Ops Data team to support client onboarding and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of data across the client lifecycle. You will collaborate with Investment Operations and Technology to improve workflows and data quality.

Requirements include 3–6 years in operational, data, or service roles within financial services and a Bachelor’s Degree.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in operational, data, or service roles within financial services
• Experience in client onboarding and/or asset management preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis, issue identification, and problem resolution across internal partners
• Maintain and validate data quality, integrity, and accuracy in a data-driven environment
• Support governance, controls, and documentation to maintain data integrity and manage operational risk
• Collaborate with Investment Operations and Technology to improve workflows, automation, and scalability initiatives
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, process documentation, and training to build team capability
