Qualifications

• Active Maryland Bar admission required.
• Preferred: DC Bar admission.
• Experience in personal injury, workers' comp, or medical malpractice a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with prospective clients in personal injury, workers' comp, and medical malpractice.
• Gather facts, assess potential matters, and collect information accurately and compassionately.
• Serve as primary contact for prospective and newly retained clients.
• Prepare and distribute retainer agreements and new client documents.
• Guide clients through onboarding and answer questions regarding representation.
• Coordinate medical treatment and arrange appointments with providers as appropriate.
• Enter and maintain case information in Neos or other case management software.
• File initial claims and related documentation.
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and staff for smooth transitions.
